Welcome to the Yachts and Yachting report submission form. Here you can enter your clubs & classes reports for both the magazine and the website. Clubs and classes is one of the most important parts of the magazine and, better still, it is written by you. We welcome your reports from open events with entries of 10 or more boats. We try to publish all events we can but space is limited and your report is only guaranteed to be used if it is to length and arrives on time.

Reports for open meetings should be 200 words in length plus the top five results (we may shorten to top three if we're out of space) or 500 words with top 10 results for a national, European or world championship. They reach us by the Tuesday after the event and must include both the date and the number of entries. Reports should be sent by email to club@yachtsandyachting.com or by using this event report submitter.

Other guidelines for reports:

• Give the dates of the event
• Make sure this is the version of the report that your club or class want published
• Please email any photos as JPEGs to club@yachtsandyachting.com.
• Photos should be prints, slides or digital jpeg files of around 1MB per shot, the higher the resolution the better. Please confirm who the photograph should be credited to.

Beware: We may edit, ignore or otherwise change overlength or late reports!
